Meet Dr. Liy
Raphael Liy, D.D.S, M.B.A, is dedicated to improving the overall wellness of his patients with outstanding care that transforms their smile aesthetics and bite function. Tailoring treatment for each patient’s unique needs, Dr. Liy uses traditional braces, Invisalign® clear aligners, and state-of-the-art digital technology to ensure long-lasting results.
Dr. Liy pursued an Ivy League education so he could bring unparalleled orthodontic care to families in Trinity. After graduating from the University of Miami with a bachelor’s degree in economics, he earned a doctorate of dental surgery from Columbia University in New York City, where he served as class president. He also sought advanced education in the specialty of orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics, accredited by the American Dental Association.
Dr. Liy completed his postdoctoral residency at Roseman University of Health Sciences in Nevada, where he concurrently earned a Master of Business Administration in addition to his extensive clinical, teaching, and research responsibilities.
He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontics, American Dental Association, and the West Pasco Dental Association.

In his spare time, Dr. Liy enjoys rooting for the Tampa Bay Lightning, watching college football (Go Canes!), listening to podcasts and spending time with his wife, Tiffany, their young daughter, Vivienne, and two siberian forest cats, Clementine and Sebastian
